We’ve been trying to get off coffee for a while now, but for some reason, the ritual of a piping hot mug of caffeinated goodness has been too hard of a habit to ditch for good. But when a friend recommended Four Stigmatic’s Lion’s Mane Coffee blend that she referred to as “a cup of coffee without the crash"—plus some really potent health ingredients—we had to give it a try, and immediately we got hooked. Since then, we've been diving deep into their line of mushroom-based elixirs, and discovered more than a few other faves. Check out the blends were living for below.

Four Sigmatic Coffee with Lion’s Mane and Chaga: As promised, this instant coffee really is a miracle worker—it gives the same jolt of energy as regular coffee, without any trace of mid-afternoon crash thanks to its balancing blend of adaptogens. At the same time, the Lion’s Mane sparks creativity (it’s the same mushroom used by Buddhist monks to help with focus during meditation). With only 50mg of caffeine, this blend leaves us feeling alert and focused, without the jitters. #GameChanger

Chaga Elixir: This little packet is overflowing with antioxidant properties and immune support. We’ve been drinking one cup a day an noticing that the whites of our eyes are shinier, our hair feels thicker, and nails less brittle. We love adding to almond and oat milk and to our morning smoothies. (Pro tip: Double dose on this guy when you travel for extra germ-fighting support).

Reishi Elixir: Ever want to just shut off your brain before bed? Us too, which is why we’re fully obsessed with this Reishi blend. With seriously calming effects, this elixir has the grounding effects of say, a glass of wine, without the hangover. Reishi has also been proven to naturally support the body’s sleep cycles, and this bad boy packs 1,500mg of the potent mushroom. It’s slowly becoming one of our faves (and replacing our nightly melatonin addiction).
